Performance Power Racing was started with one goal in mind: to build the fastest cars in the world. So far, we are right on target. Our shop owned Ford GT was the first street car EVER to break the 250 mph barrier in the Standing Mile.
On June 17th 2011, Performance Power Racing reached another record breaking milestone by being the first to set the new Guinness World Record Category for "World’s Fastest Standing Mile in a Street Car". Guinness World Records was on site to adjudicate, and officiate, the proceedings as well as the first official independent Standing Mile Sanctioning Body the "International Mile Racing Association". As I said before, Performance Power Racing builds the fastest cars in the world, and we continue to prove it!
